Sunrise view from Poole Quay looking towards Sandbanks with moving clouds

Another of those photos created using Plotaverse.

Where is the data held?

An interesting question. Well interesting to me that is!

As these are in effect video files they are uploaded to YouTube, from where links are inserted into posts on my Squarespace photography website.

This is a very clever way of adding video to my photgoraphy blog without adding to the storage space needed as it is held somewhere else, courtesy of YouTube/ Google!

How I got the shot

This is one of my favourite photos taken at Poole Quay, looking towards Sandbanks and Brownsea Island.

The image was captured using my Canon 6D and Canon 17-40mm lens.

  • Focal length 17mm
  • Aperture F8
  • Shutter speed 1/125th second
  • ISO 640

Handheld, 9.05am one lovely January morning.

This was one of those sunrise moments which I am delighted to have captured - this is definitely one of my favourite photos of Poole in lovely Dorset.
