My review of the Apple Watch - Day 1

I ordered an Apple Watch. The series one version. 42mm case. Black strap. Grey case.

It has arrived.

Typical immaculate packaging. But to be honest I am not bothered about that. All I am bothered about is the watch, and what this device costing £299 gives me.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus, and an iPad Pro (on which I am writing this) which are both fantastic.  The Apple Watch I am not sure about.

So let's give it a go.

Set-up was slick, syncing with my iPhone a doddle. I chose a watch face and within a few minutes the watch was on my wrist and working.  Took a while to get the bits I wanted on there, but I got there quite quickly.

Initial thoughts? I am not keen on the strap. But I should get used to that. And I am not sure what it is going to do for me.

But I do have an open mind - surely this device is going to enhance my daily life?

Other than that all shiny and new and good.

Until tomorrow.

One last thing - I ordered mine from Apple direct - it is also available from Amazon of course. But the price always seems to the the same......
